How do I look at my photos?
If you have come to us from your photographer's website then just click on the name of your album on his SimplyVu page. If you have come to us directly then just use the search box at the bottom of the page to look for the photographer's email address or album title - you must be precise.
If the album has been marked as private then you'll have to give the correct access code (usually supplied by the photographer or the people organising the event).
Please note that the size & quality of the images displayed on SimplyVu has been reduced to make them faster to view. Photographs bought from the photographer will be at the normal, high quality.
How do I buy photos?
To buy photos just click on the photo you want to buy and then add it to your basket using the "Add to basket" button. You can check your basket or change anything at any time by clicking the YOUR BASKET link at the top of the page. When you are ready to buy the photos just click YOUR BASKET again and then scroll down and click "Proceed to Checkout". You will be asked to enter your name and contact details and, if you are happy that the order is correct, click on the "Send Order" button to send the finished order to the photographer.
If the photographer has enabled payment by PayPal then you will be taken to another screen where you can choose to pay using your credit card. Alternatively the photographer will get in touch with you to arrange payment manually.
When you have finished you will be taken back to the SimplyVu home page where you can browse for more photos.

I have registered but I still haven't got my confirmation email
If you haven't got your confirmation email after 5-10 minutes then check the junk/spam filtering on your email. Sometimes automated messages like ours can be misidentified as spam by over-zealous filters.
